TOTEM a tribal theme based restaurant in Goa celebrates its one-year anniversary!

 

TOTEM, a boutique restaurant, and bar spread over 6000 sq ft of real estate at Mandrem, GOA celebrates its one-year anniversary in February 2023.

TOTEM is known for globally-inspired culinary excellence and cocktails which are the heart of their offering. The restaurant is built on the conviction that some of the most treasured memories come straight from the dining table or bar you share with friends and family.

At TOTEM, you will see that a lot of attention has been put into the experience of the space that is built around a Modern Tribal Theme. In addition to these elements, the restaurant also has a 40 ft bar that starts at the entrance and continues along. There is a bespoke selection of crafted cocktails, and to amplify the experience, TOTEM will also allow customers to create DIY cocktails. Everything you want to experience at the restaurant begins with your comfort in taste and ours on refinement. 

In addition to the diverse food options, Rinaa Shah, who is known for her discipline and high fitness levels, has also made sure that ingredient usage is kept to being as natural as possible. So you might not see TOTEM drinks use a lot of sugar in their cocktails over and above other things. The idea is to make sure that there is a quality offering that satiates the taste buds of the customers but would be healthier options.

On the other hand, the food will be offerings in Tapas, Tacos, and Salads. Globally inspired flavors infused into TOTEM’s menus will transport guests to the very places that inspire each dish.
