What does Women Empowerment mean to you?

At its core, women empowerment means ensuring that women have the power and agency to make choices about their own lives, free from discrimination, force, and violence. It's about fostering an environment where women can pursue their aspirations, develop their talents, and participate fully in society on an equal footing with men.

Women empowerment is not just a goal to be achieved, but an ongoing commitment to challenging patriarchal norms, promoting inclusivity and diversity, and building a more just and equitable world for all genders.

As My Guru and Prem Avatar Maitreya Dadashreeji said in his last meeting, “It’s The Era Of SHAKTI now”!

Why are Indian Women less empowered?

Indian women face a myriad of challenges that contribute to their lower levels of empowerment compared to men. Some key factors include Cultural and Social Norms, Limited Access to Education, Economic Disparities, Gender-based Violence, Political Underrepresentation and Healthcare Disparities.

Addressing these challenges requires a multifaceted approach involving legislative reforms, targeted policies, community mobilization, and efforts to challenge deep-rooted gender norms and stereotypes. Initiatives aimed at improving access to education, economic opportunities, healthcare, and legal protection for women are essential for promoting their empowerment and advancing gender equality in India.

Tips to build self-confidence within yourself.

Building self-confidence is a journey that requires patience, self-reflection, and consistent effort. Remember that self-confidence is not about being perfect or never experiencing self-doubt; it's about embracing your imperfections, believing in your potential, and taking courageous steps toward personal growth and fulfilment. Be patient with yourself, celebrate your progress, and remember that self-confidence is a skill that can be cultivated over time with dedication and practice.

Women causes you would like to support.

Supporting causes that empower and uplift women is crucial for advancing gender equality and creating positive change in society. Here are three women-focused causes that are worthy of support - Education and Girls' Empowerment, Women's Health and Reproductive Rights and Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship.

Investing in women's economic empowerment not only benefits individual women and their families but also strengthens local economies and drives social and economic progress.

Tips to walk out of a toxic relationship.

Walking out of a toxic relationship can be challenging, but it's essential for your well-being and personal growth. Create a plan for exiting the toxic relationship safely and effectively. Identify practical steps you need to take, such as finding a safe place to stay, gathering important documents or belongings, and seeking legal or financial advice if necessary.

Consider reaching out to local support services or organizations that specialize in assisting individuals in leaving abusive or toxic relationships. Trust in your ability to make positive changes in your life and take decisive action to prioritize your well-being and happiness. Remember that walking away from a toxic relationship is an act of self-love and empowerment, and it opens the door to new opportunities for growth, healing, and fulfillment in your life.
